This policy applies to professional technology services quoted by DigiApps Solutions from Street Number 25, GP Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091, India. It does not automatically govern fees charged by Microsoft, domain registries, SSL authorities, hosting platforms or other third parties, which follow those suppliers’ rules and your quotation.
Sending a contact or quotation form does not create a fee. Work starts only after written confirmation and, where specified, receipt of an advance.
If you cancel after we have started work, you remain liable for fees for work performed, time booked, and third-party costs we have already incurred or committed (for example domain registration, SSL, cloud usage or licensed software). Any unused prepaid amount after those deductions may be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically 14–21 working days after we complete our internal review, unless the quotation states otherwise.
If we cannot deliver a contracted service for reasons within our reasonable control and we cancel before useful delivery, we will refund prepaid fees for the undelivered portion, less non-recoverable third-party charges already incurred with your authority.
Once a domain is registered, an SSL certificate issued, or a cloud/hosting resource provisioned with a third party, those charges are generally non-refundable. This policy will be expanded if DigiApps later offers online checkout or recurring billing.

We may request identity verification. Disputes that cannot be resolved may be taken to the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, or to a consumer commission if you qualify as a consumer under Indian law.
